GENERAL CONTRACTOR

Biebel Builders Inc. has provided a wide range of construction services in both the commercial and residential construction industry for about 35 years. Basically, "If you can think it we can build it."

PLANNING & DESIGN

From a pencil sketch on a napkin covered with coffee stains, we can generate a full set of 3-D drawings. Not only that, we know how to build it too!

We also provide smaller services for those who need drawings for permit applications and presentations, etc.

MANAGEMENT

Everyone in our company is involved in management, whether they think so or not. Our approach to management allows us to build virtually anything. Sometimes we construct complicated commercial projects and need full-time superintendent, project managers and paper pushers. At other times, we build single family homes where even the foreman swings a hammer. We're not proud and will even stoop to build occasional doghouses and picnic tables. From book-keeping and accounting, project and office management, design and construction, everyone matters.

CAD DESIGN

A well designed house may cost a little, but it saves a lot! How much does anger, bitterness, anxiety, disputes, over-runs, changes, and trouble cost? Think of a good plan as an investment, not an expense.

Thermal Solar Systems

Solar thermal systems use the enrgy of the sun for domestic water heating or space heating. Solar hot water systems are the most efficient and cost-effective solar techology available. A typical installation will provide 100% of the domestic hot water needs furing the summer months and 75% annually. In combination with an existing boiler a solar thermal system can provide a large portion of the heat for your building.

Photovoltaic Systems (Solar Panels)

A photovoltaic (PV) solar power system is a clean, renewable source of electricity that is generated by the sun. It offsets the electricity produced by your local utility company. Our systems are engineered, designed, and installed by certified craftsmen; the same ones who make furniture and build fine custom homes. Not only do we know exactly what we are doing, we also do it with a mind for symmetry, precision and craft. We use only our own PV-certified "in house" electricians on our projects.

PV systems can be installed anywhere there is access to the sun. They can be installed on walls, on roofs, on posts and on the ground.
They can be programmed to track the sun when mounted on pedestals. They can also be blended in with landscaping close to the ground. They can be installed on just about any kind of roof and can be on the ground. They can be scattered and configured in odd shapes or they can be in very simple rows. They can even make up the roof of a carport. They can be as creative as your imagination wants to make it. Our goal is to make you excited about your system and proud of us at the same time; so proud that you can't wait to show it off. System size does not matter to us. We install any size system from a couple of panels to over a thousand.

We make the process simple for our clients by handling all the paper work and details from system design, permits, incentives, State Approvals, certified installation and extended warranty service.

Insulation / Weatherization (Energy Efficiency)

Insulating and sealing the "envelope" or "shell" of a building is one of the most cost-effective way to improve energy efficiency and comfort. We specialize in a number of types of insulation including cellulose, damp spray, rigid and spray foam. We also offer a complete weatherization service including full home performance analysis, blower door pressure testing and infared thermographic scanning for heat loss and air movement.
