We are pleased to present to you our Design Service Company, “West Windsor West Corp”, which offers a menu of residential design services ranging from basic floorplans and elevations all the way to 3D modeling and “lifelike” animated renderings, sometimes referred to as “virtual tours”. Such tours include interior and exterior perspectives, complete with moving people, lifelike trees, landscape and actual color schemes.

Since 1995, Paul has trained continuously in various computer design programs, staying current with the most up-to-date versions of AutoCad, Architctural Desktop, 3D Studio Viz, Photoshop and several Animators.

His favorite approach to residential construction begins with developing custom plans during sit-down sessions with prospective clients at his design computer. Paul often remarks, “There’s something special and exciting when each client is allowed to create their dreamhouse right before their eyes and then watching their expressions as they tour every room as if they were already living in it”

Although basic residential designs rarely require more than a few specific pages, Paul sometimes combines his Construction & Design services with the expertise of Architectural firms on the larger projects.
